Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and LumiProxy regarding your use of LumiProxy’s services. Please read these terms carefully.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved amicably through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for litigation.

Article 1 User Registration

User registration refers to the process by which you access LumiProxy, provide the required information, and confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.

Users of LumiProxy must be natural persons or legal entities with full legal capacity under applicable laws.

LumiProxy provides digital proxy services, which are activated immediately upon successful payment.

Generally, once the service has been activated or traffic resources have been allocated, purchases are non‑refundable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, LumiProxy may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds under reasonable and lawful circumstances, including but not limited to:

(a) Inability to activate or access the service due to technical issues solely attributable to LumiProxy;

(b) Duplicate or erroneous charges confirmed by LumiProxy;

(c) Inability to continue providing the service due to legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements;

(d) Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable laws or consumer protection regulations.

Article 2 User Account, Password and Security

Upon successful registration, you become a legitimate user of this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities conducted under your account shall be deemed to be performed by you. You shall immediately notify LumiProxy if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerability.

You understand and agree that digital services provided by LumiProxy are activated immediately after payment.

Once the service term has started or traffic resources have been allocated, the service shall be deemed delivered, and is generally non‑refundable and non‑transferable, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

2.1 You understand and agree that LumiProxy provides services in accordance with the data and instructions you submit, and may analyze and process such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

2.2 You are solely responsible for the integrity, legality, and confidentiality of any data stored, transmitted, or managed through the LumiProxy platform. Any loss or consequences arising from improper maintenance or disclosure of such data shall be borne by you.

2.3 All losses and consequences arising from your negligence, misoperation, improper configuration, or operations authorized by you shall be entirely borne by you.

2.4 LumiProxy may perform maintenance or system upgrades from time to time and may issue relevant notices. Any loss caused by failure to comply with such notices or mandatory operations shall be borne by the user.

2.5 You shall ensure that your use of LumiProxy’s services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. LumiProxy only provides standard technical services according to user instructions and shall not be liable for the legality or compliance of your specific use cases.

Article 3 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

agree to comply with the following obligations:

You shall not transmit or distribute content that:

(a) Incites resistance to or undermines the implementation of the Constitution, laws, or administrative regulations;

(b) Incites subversion of state power, overthrow of the legitimate social system, or secession of the country;

(c) Undermines national unity, incites ethnic hatred, or discriminates against ethnic groups;

(d) Is pornographic, vulgar, violent, terrorist, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise violates public order, good morals, and laws and regulations.

You shall not use LumiProxy’s services to engage in illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, theft of trade secrets, or theft of personal information.

You shall not interfere with the normal operation of LumiProxy’s systems or illegally access or attack computer information systems.

You shall not transmit or distribute information that endangers national security, public interests, or social stability.

Article 4 Platform Content Control and Security Policies

4.1 Content Control Measures and Policies

LumiProxy has established and implemented content and usage control policies, including but not limited to:

(1) Real‑time monitoring and anomaly detection of user registration, login, and traffic usage behavior;

(2) Blocking, restricting, or terminating services related to the transmission and use of suspected illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist, infringing, or other prohibited content;

(3) Establishing a user reporting mechanism to promptly handle illegal and non‑compliant usage behavior;

(4) Taking disciplinary measures against non‑compliant users, including but not limited to warnings, traffic restrictions, account suspension, service termination, and balance freezing, in accordance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

4.2 Fraud Monitoring Policy and Process

LumiProxy implements a fraud risk monitoring and disposal mechanism:

(1) Monitoring abnormal behavior in account registration, payment, recharge, proxy usage, and other links;

(2) Identifying and verifying suspected fraudulent activities such as fake transactions, stolen card payments, identity fraud, malicious abuse of promotions, and bulk non‑compliant accounts;

(3) LumiProxy reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or close accounts, cancel orders, and deny refunds if fraud or malicious behavior is confirmed;

(4) Reserving the right to report to regulatory authorities and pursue legal liability for suspected illegal and criminal activities.

4.3 Refund and Dispute Resolution Policy and Process

Refund Principle

Once a service has been activated, enabled, or traffic has been allocated, refunds are generally not provided, except as otherwise agreed in Article 1 of this Agreement or required by mandatory laws.

Refund Application Process

If you believe you meet the refund conditions, you may submit a refund application and supporting documents through official customer service channels.

LumiProxy will review the application upon receipt and issue a decision within a reasonable period.

Dispute Resolution

(1) For disputes related to orders, payments, service usage, refunds, or other issues, you may submit a statement and evidence through official customer service channels;

(2) LumiProxy will verify the dispute and make a decision based on order information, system logs, user behavior, and statements from both parties;

(3) Decisions will be communicated to you via customer service notice, internal message, email, or other official means;

(4) If you disagree with the decision, you may pursue further resolution in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in this Agreement.
