How Soon Can I Receive Proxies After Payment?
You will automatically receive an agent after you make a payment. If you do not receive the agent after you make the payment, please check whether it is successful in User Centre - Billing Invoice. If it is not successful, but the corresponding amount is deducted, please contact customer service and provide the screenshot of the payment and the order number.
Regarding refund policy:
We do not issue refunds for any paid packages and all payments are final. If you have questions about a package, please contact a staff member before purchasing. If you have questions about using our products, we are always here to help. Thank you for your support!
